MEET MARCO
For more than two decades, Marco Magiolo has worked with dogs as a veterinarian, animal behavior specialist, trainer, educator, and competitive Dog Agility handler. His approach goes beyond teaching commands. Behavior has a reason. Understanding that reason — the dog’s emotions, environment, learning history, communication, and relationship with the people around them — is the foundation for creating meaningful and lasting change. Marco combines behavioral science with practical, real-world training to help owners better understand their dogs and build relationships based on communication, consistency, and trust.
The goal isn’t simply to stop unwanted behavior. It’s to understand why it is happening and teach the dog — and the owner — a better way forward.

THE APPROACH
Dogs are constantly communicating. Body language, movement, vocalization, avoidance, excitement, fear, and even aggression provide information about what a dog is experiencing. Effective behavior work begins by listening to that communication. Marco’s approach combines observation, behavioral science, training, environmental management, and owner education. The objective is not a dog that simply obeys commands. It is a dog and owner who understand how to communicate with each other.
